Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies on job portals, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.

Onboarding & Exit Management: Coordinate the orientation of new hires, including document collection and folder creation. Assist in the exit process for departing staff.

Records Management: Maintain and update physical and digital personnel files (HRIS) to ensure 100% data accuracy and confidentiality.

HR Compliance: Support audits of employee files to ensure compliance with Kenyan Labor Laws and IHRM standards.

Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing staff wellness programs, team-building activities, and internal communications.

Administrative Support: Help in tracking leave records, attendance monitoring, and preparation of basic HR reports or meeting minutes.
